Boursin Orzo Pasta Bake
Ingredients
- 500g orzo pasta - 1 Boursin cheese - 1/4 cut sundried tomatoes - 1/4 cup roasted garlic - 1/4 cup sauteed mushrooms - 1 whole diced onion - 1 tbsp salt - 1 tbsp oregano - 1 tbsp thyme - 1 tbsp basil - 2 tsp pepper - 2 tsp red pepper flakes - 1 tbsp Dijon mustard - 2 cups of chicken broth - 1 cup heavy cream - 1 tbsp lemon juice - olive oil - 1 stick butter - 2 cups spinach - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese - 1/2 cup shredded parmesan - 4 fresh thyme sprigs
Directions
1) Layer your ingredients in a casserole dish starting with the Boursin cheese in the centre. 2) Cover with tin foil and bake at 425 for 15 minutes 3) Mix everything together until well combined then add in spinach and mozzarella and mix again 4) Top with parmesan cheese and fresh thyme and bake for another 5 minutes
