Ingredients

- 4 cups penne pasta - 8oz cream cheese - 1/2 cup Caesar dressing - 2 cups milk - 2 cups chicken broth - 1 cup broccoli florets - 1 chopped white onion - 1 tbsp garlic paste - 2 cups shredded chicken - 1 tbsp salt - 1 tbsp Italian seasoning - grated fresh parmesan - 1 cup shredded mozzarella - parsley

Directions

1) Place your cream cheese in the centre of your casserole dish and pour your penne around it. Drizzle your Caesar dressing over top then pour in your milk and chicken broth 2) Place in your broccoli, onion, shredded chicken and garlic paste then season. Grate your fresh parmesan over the top 3) Bake at 400 covered for 45 minutes 4) When done, mix well, top with mozzarella cheese and bake again until the mozzarella cheese is melted 5) Garnish with parsley before serving
