Ingredients

1 lbs ground beef 1 lbs ground Italian sausage 1 tablespoon of tomato paste 1 tablespoon of minced garlic 3 whole egg 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs 1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of pepper 2 cups of cubed Mozzarella Cheese 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning 1 cup of Parmesan cheese 350g of cooked spaghetti 1 cup marinara sauce Garnish: Parmesan cheese, and fresh chopped parsley

Directions

1) Add beef, sausage, tomato paste, garlic, 1 egg, parsley, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper to a bowl, mix well 2) Form mixture into balls and insert cube of mozzarella into each centre 3) Cook in frying pan for 5 minutes or until fully cooked 4) In a large bowl, add cooked spaghetti, Italian seasoning, parmesan cheese, and mix well. 5) Take a piece of plastic wrap and add 1 cup of spaghetti mixture, then place a meatball into the center, and wrap up the plastic wrap tightly, tape securely. 6) Freeze the balls for 4 hours. 7) Remove from freezer and deep fry for 5 minutes or until golden brown 8) Add Marinara to a plate, place the balls in the center and garnish with parmesan cheese and parsley! 9) Enjoy
