Easy Taco Cups Recipe
Ingredients
- 8 corn tortillas - 1 lb taco seasoned cooked beef - 1/2 cup queso cheese - 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños - 1/4 cup chopped red peppers - 1/2 cup habanero cheddar - 1/2 cup Tex Mex cheese - parsley Toppings: - salsa - guacamole - cilantro lime crema
Directions
1) Make a cut to the centre of a corn tortilla so you can roll it into a cone and place into a muffin tin. 2) Spoon cooked beef, queso, jalapeños, peppers and cheese into the cone and top with parsley 3) Bake at 400 for 10 minutes 4) Place in small cups to serve before adding toppings
