Ingredients

Filling: - 1 tub ricotta cheese - 1/4 cup parmesan - 1/4 cup asiago cheese - 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese - 1 tbsp salt - 1/2 tbsp pepper - 1 tbsp garlic powder - 1 tbsp parsley - 1 tbsp basil - 1 egg - lasagna noodles - 2 eggs - 1 cup breadcrumbs - 3 tbsp marinara sauce - 3 tbsp alfredo sauce - basil to garnish Tomato salad: -2 cups cherry tomatoes - olive oil - 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp salt - 1tbsp Italian seasoning - 1 tbsp garlic powder - 1/4 cup basil - 1/4 cup parsley - 1 shallot - 1 burrata cheese ball - Olive oil - 1 tsp salt - 1/2 tsp pepper - 1 tbsp crushed pistachios - 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds

Directions

1) Mix your filling ingredients in a bowl and then spread a thin layer onto your cooked lasagna noodles and roll them up 2) Roll lasagna in egg wash and then into the breadcrumbs 3) Air fry for 10 minutes at 400 4) Assemble the tomato salad and add to a plate with the burrata cheese and fresh basil 5) Cut open the burrata cheese. Add the salt, pepper, oil, pistachios and pomegranate seeds 6) On a separate plate add marinara and place lasagna rolls on top. Cover in alfredo sauce and basil for garnish
