Rice & Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
500g of Chicken Thighs 1/2 teaspoon of thyme 1 Small White Onion 1 teaspoon of garlic powder 1 teaspoon of basil 1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of pepper 2 teaspoons of chicken bouillon powder 1 tablespoon of olive oil 2 1/2 Cups of Chicken Stock 2 1/2 Cups of Milk 1 1/2 Cups of White Rice 1/4 Cup of Flour 2 Cloves of Garlic (grated) 1/2 Stick of Butter 1 Broccoli Head 2 Cups of Shredded Cheese 1/4 Cup of Green Onions
Directions
1) In a large casserole dish add: Chicken, Rice, Onion, Garlic, spices, olive oil, milk, chicken stock, flour, butter, broccoli, and mix well 2) Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes 3) Remove from oven, add half of the cheese, mix well, top with remaining cheese, and broil for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted 4) Garnish with green onions, enjoy!
