Trix Cheesecake
Ingredients
Cheesecake "Crust": - 2 bags large marshmallows - 4 cups Trix cereal - 3 tbsp butter Cheesecake Filling: - 16 oz cream cheese - 2 tbsp lemon juice - 1 cup powder sugar - 2 cups heavy cream - Blue food coloring (optional) - whip cream - sprinkles
Directions
1) Line a dish with large marshmallows (approx. 20) and pour over the Trix cereal. Add butter and bake on low at 160 until the marshmallows have melted 2) Mix the marshmallows and cereal together until well combined 3) Grease a springform pan and your hands and use the marshmallows to form a "crust" in the pan. Set in the freezer 4) In a large bow, combine the cream cheese, lemon juice and powdered sugar and whisk together. Add in the heavy cream and food coloring and mix again until fluffy 5) Add the filling to the marshmallow crust and set in the freezer for 3 hours min. 6) Decorate with whip cream and sprinkles
