Ultimate Breakfast Skillet
Ingredients
14 Whole eggs 1/4 cup of butter, cubed 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup of shredded marble cheddar cheese 1/2 cup of cooked bacon 1/2 cup of green onion 1/2 cup diced red peppers 1/2 cup diced mushrooms 1/2 cup diced zucchini 1/2 cup of sliced cheery tomatoes 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese Spices: 1 teaspoon of salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley flakes, red pepper flakes
Directions
1) In a large skillet add eggs, and top with butter, cheddar cheese, marble cheddar cheese, bacon, green onion, red peppers, mushrooms, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, spices, and fresh parlsey. 2) Bake in oven at 350 degree for 10-20 minutes. 3) Serve on a tortilla with hash browns, spinach, ketchup, and cheese. 4) Enjoy!
